La ubicación perfecta al lado de la playa, etc.

10.0 "Can't fault it and will definitely return next year, ideal holiday for couples or families."

  • +Just returned from a wonderful week at the apartment in La Mata. I had never heard of nor visited this part of Spain before, but looked in this area due to friends getting married at Rebate. Everything was as described on the website, if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with everything in your doorstep and no need for a car this is the place for you. The apartment is clean and modern with a beautiful view of the sea. You can eat on the balcony off the lounge, inside or on the rooftop terrace. The communal pools x 2 and baby pool plus jacuzzi were spotless and never very busy. The beach is 5 mins walk away with lovely beach bars and restaurants. We never had a bad meal and ate out sometimes three times a day!. Supermarket Dial Prix is a short walk away. Wi Fi and Air Con worked perfectly and I would recommend getting Premier Villas to organise the airport transfers. They are reasonably priced and very efficient. Can't fault it and will definitely return next year, ideal holiday for couples or families.

  • +We booked the aiport pick-up through the letting agency which was very convenient. The agent showed us around the apartment and explained the facilities. We paid for internet access but couldn’t get it to work but this was not a real issue for us. The UK TV channels were all scrambled, but once again this wasn’t an issue for us. The apartment itself was great. It was very quiet, we think were only about 10 apartments occupied in the whole block, but this was early season. Very short walk down to the lovely beach and we really enjoyed walking along the boardwalk into La Mata, stopping at bars along the way. The jacuzzi was a lovely way to relax after a long walk. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and roof terrace, soaking up the sunshine. The nearest supermarket is only a few minutes’ walk away and stocked everything we needed. There is a pharmacy close by as well if required. La Mata has a great variety of restaurants catering for all tastes. Everyone was very friendly. Overall a wonderful holiday.

  • +We had a great stay here for a week. All was as advertised, and the apartment looked like the photos. I especially loved how well stocked the kitchen was - it was just like being at home. The apartment was perfectly sized for my family, my wife and two kids. The pool is big and absolutely beautiful - I'd stay here again just for another chance to use it! All in all, very good, Premier villas were very responsive to any questions, and great with a flexible checkout time. Aug 2015

  • +Hi Kim, Arrived back from a really lovely holiday yesterday. The villa was great, good location in an area that we had been to before, but a lot closer to the sea. We made full use of all the fabulous facilities. Regards, Cheryl.
