Who We Are

Premier Villas Property management Alicante was established in 2002 and based in La Marina, Alicante.

The company was set up by Frank and Lesley Cullen who, having moved to Alicante from Crawley West Sussex and soon realized the need for a solid, reliable and above all honest business to look after property owners’ interests and their guest requirements and needs.

We decided to concentrate on two aspects, namely annual property management and holiday guest management. The business is licence to comply with all the legal requirements demanded by the new Tourist Licence authorities and to ensure that our services are fully deductible from tax by the property owners.

What we do

We provide the owners with two annual management contracts to choose from our Gold Management is best for the owner that requires us to deal with the day to day running of there property and deal with all bookings our Sliver Management Contract is  for the owner that requires the same service as the gold management but they take there own rentals both services give the property owner peace of mind knowing that their property is always secure and well maintained.

We ensure that during the time that the property is rented it is not abused or damaged in any way.

We provide the owners´ holiday guests with onsite support from the time they arrive and throughout their stay.

They have peace of mind that they can call us day or night and we are available to deal with any emergency.

We can also assist the owner to obtain the necessary Tourist Licence if required, register your property with the Guardia Civil and guide you through the regulations pertaining to holiday rentals.

When the guests leave, we inspect the property for any damages or missing items and advise the owner on returning the deposit.
