    In the main area of the Air- Conditioned property you will find dining area with table and 4 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with a settee and sofa bed, TV , DVD player .

    Kitchen:

    The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

    Bedrooms:

    Two bedrooms, Air- Conditioned Master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers it also has its own sun terrace.
    Air- Conditioned Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, it also has its own sun terrace and stairs leading up to a large roof solarium complete with patio furniture.

    Bathrooms:

    Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin.

    Other:

    There are 3 Sun Terrace's with Table and Chairs. Garage and Large Communal pool with sun terraces within a 2 minute walk.

    We do not allow smoking inside this property and request smoking to be restricted to outside areas only, for the comfort of all future quests.

    There are 3 Sun Terrace's with Table and Chairs. Garage and Large Communal pool with sun terraces within a 2 minute walk. 

    General:

    Close by and well within 5 minute walk there are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. 

    The Villamartin plaza, with its prominent palm trees and feature mosaics is a picturesque square with a wonderful collection of cafes, bars, restaurants and bowling alley to suit all tastes, and is also home to a family of parakeets.

    Large Supermarket approx 5 minutes away. A popular local market is held on Saturdays - within 10 minute drive of this property, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

    To secure your holiday at Villa Costa Dorada a deposit of 20% of the holiday price is required. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday and the £150 returnable security bond and the one off £60 linen/final cleaning fee to add must be paid. Late arrivals after 20.00hrs will incur a 25-euro fee and after 23.55 hrs 40-euro fee when handing over the keys at the property.

    The hot and cold air conditioning in this property is metered, payable at the property we would require 50 Euro deposit on arrival and amount not used returned on day on leaving or by bank transfer. 

    The property will be cleaned to a high standard and fresh bed linen, bath towels, hand towels are provided.

    We can also supply cot and Highchair hire at 20 euro a week each.

    Arrival at the property is from 1600 hrs and departure from 10.00hrs.

    Just a quick note to say I thoroughly enjoyed staying at your property. The quality of the rooms was excellent and I particular enjoyed the sun terrace and swimming pool. Being a keen golfer it was an excellent place for me to stay with Villa Martin Golf Course so close. I also enjoyed eating in the various restaurants close by and then being able to walk home after a few drinks. It was a lovely holiday and I will definitely return.

    The house was excellent condition and well appointed. Aircon in bedrooms and lounge diner.
    Recommend picking up a hire car from the Airport. House is 45 minutes drive. The house was excellent condition and well appointed. Aircon in bedrooms and lounge diner. It also had a large garage to loose the children in. Having English TV was nice. The dedicated pool is 50 metres up the road. Shops and restaurants are within close walking distance. Excellent Chinese at top of road. (recomme having meal of the day). Sea 10 minutes away by car and Golf even closer. Lots of places to eat and shop a short drive away.
