30 minutes from Murcia airport and Alicante airport. The Villa is
in a quiet location and away from main roads. 10 minutes drive to
Guardamar or Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast you could be
settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it.

machine, oven, hob, micro- wave, kettle, all utensils and crockery

the back you have a 6 x 3-metre swimming pool with roman steps, sun

is perfect for sunbathing all day.

well within 3 minute walk there is a supermarket, bars and
restaurants' were you will find every type of cuisine imaginable
from Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish.
There are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner
drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. A popular local
market is held on Sundays - within 10 minute walk, which is great
for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.
Only a 5
minute drive from the La Marquesa golf course which has a club
house a Large Supermarket and restaurants, shops and bars some
offering night time entertainment.
