The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven,
hob, kettle, all utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as
you would expect. There is also a utility room with washing

conditioning, two single beds, bedside cabinet and built-in
wardrobe.
First Floor - Master bedroom with Hot/Cold Air conditioning,

sun terrace which is perfect for sunbathing all day with views over
the communal pool. |

Outside
There are two
sun terrace's one on the first floor which is perfect for
sunbathing all day with views over the communal pool the second sun
terrace at the front of the property which also overlook's the
Communal Pool and a gated parking area for two cars.
The large
communal pool which is just across from this property has a
children's pool and grass seating area.
Close by and
well within five minute walk there is a supermarket, bars and
restaurants' were you will find every type of cuisine imaginable
from Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish.
There are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner
drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. A popular local
market is held on Sundays - within 10 minute walk, which is great
for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.
Only a 5
minute drive from the La Marquesa golf course which has a club
house a Large Supermarket and restaurants, shops and bars some
offering night time entertainment. Popular local markets are held
on Thursdays and Sundays - again within 5 minutes drive of this
property, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and
