can relax after a busy day sightseeing or playing golf.
The living area seats six people comfortably and contains a TV
and DVD player. The main bathroom has a toilet, bath with shower
and bidet. A second bathroom has a toilet and shower enclosure.

For those who enjoy golf, the four-star Campoamor Hotel and Golf
Resort known for its long wide fairways, lush greens and beautiful
clubhouse is just up the road.
That is but one of the many beautiful courses in the area. Club
de Golf Villamartin, Las Ramblas de Orihuela, and Real Club de Golf
Campoamor are all within easy reach (about five minutes by car). La
Manga is 30 minutes away (green fees average £30, though you should
book early to avoid disappointment).
Even closer is a brand-new commercial area within walking
distance, and five-minute drive brings you to the picturesque
Villamartin Plaza, with its prominent palm trees and mosaics. The
Plaza also includes a wonderful selection of cafes, bars, and
restaurants, even a bowling alley. A popular local market is held
on Saturdays ? again within 10 minute drive of this property ?
which is a great place to stroll and shop for holiday souvenirs and
presents for the family back at home.

A large communal pool is adjacent to the property. Close by,
well within a five-minute walk, are a large supermarket and several
