We also require a £100 Security Refundable Deposit, which after Inspection of the property will be returned, through Pay Pal or a UK Bank transfer

Administration Fee.

An administration fee of 4% must be added to each booking if the hirer chooses to pay by Pay Pal to cover the charges occurred by using this service. If you live in the UK we recommend paying by Cheque or UK bank transfer to avoid these charges .
