Hire of the remote control’s for the hot & cold air conditioning is 20 GBP for one week, 40 GBP for two weeks and 50 GBP 3 weeks.

Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, Please supply own beach towels. There is a one off cleaning charge of 45 Euro for the 2 bedroom property 65 Euro for the 3 bedroom property and 75 Euro for the complete property which is payable on arrival at the villa. This 5 bedroom villa is ideally for two families downstairs there is a self contained apartment. Only 20 minutes from Murcia airport and 30 minutes from Alicante airport. The Villa is in a quiet location and away from main roads. 10 minutes drive to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it.

This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. 5 championship Golf Courses within 15 minutes drive from this property.

Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year. Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.

This Spanish style villa is situated on the development of Lo Crispin close to Cuidad Quesada and Benijofar. 2 minutes from A7 motorway link. Ideal for golfers. 5 kms La Marquesa Golf, 9 kms La Finca Golf. 10 minutes to Guardamar Beach. This detached villa is fully furnished.

The property is less than a 100 metres walk away from the communal pool. A car is recommended as the shops, restaurants and bars are a 5 minute drive away in Cuidad Quesada. There are numerous blue flag " beaches, Guardamar, La Mata, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Los Locos, El Cura and Lo Ferris to name but a few.

There is a local weekly market, only 5 minute drive away where you can buy a wide variety of products

In the main area of this Air- Conditioned villa you will find a dining area with table and chairs which comfortably accommodate 6 people and the lounge area is equipped with two sofas, dresser, coffee table, TV with UK channels, DVD player and ceiling fans.

The kitchen comes equipped with fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, kettle. Utility room with washing machine. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Bathroom with Shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Air- Conditioned Bedroom equipped with a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and ceiling fan.

Air- Conditioned 2nd bedroom is equipped with two single beds, built in wardrobe, bedside cabinet and ceiling fan.


First Floor

Air- Conditioned Master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe and bedside cabinets. En-Suite with shower, WC, and wash hand basin and large sun terrace with sunloungers, table and chairs.

Downstairs - Self contained Unit

Dining area with table and chairs lounge area is equipped with sofa.

The kitchen comes equipped with hob, microwave, fridge freezer, oven, toaster, kettle. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Communal Pool is less than 100 metres walk away with a baby pool for our younger guests to use.

Close by and well within five minute drive you will find Quesada with Supermarket bars, restaurants' were you will find every type of cuisine imaginable from Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish. There are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. A popular local market is held on Sundays - again within 5 minute drive of this villa, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

Within 15 minute drive you have 5 Golf courses Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap.

La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa are only 5 minute drive. Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

For the hard to please a 30 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!

Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.

There is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 5 minute drive from this property and Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies.

A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch. Further details and prices can be had on 966 63 82 88.
