Hire of the remote control’s for the air conditioning is 20 GBP for one week, 40 GBP for two weeks and 50 GBP 3 weeks.

Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. Situated within a 5-minute drive of La Marquesa golf course and 10 minute drive to Rojales and main town centre of Ciudad Quesada with its restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets and medical centre.

This is an area where there is plenty to do with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are two cities within 30 minutes drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west and two major international airports close by – Alicante 30 minutes and Murcia's San Javia - 25 minutes drive. The La Marquesa Golf course is only about 5 minutes drive from the villa and 4 more Championship Golf Courses within 20 minutes drive from this property. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.

This Detached Villa is ideally situated in a nice residential area with all the comforts of home. Detached villa on a 1500sq-metre plot with a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, with roman steps and a large sun terrace. Only 10 minute drive to 8 miles of white sandy beaches at Guardamar and Torrevieja with nature parks, salt lagoons, two salt-lakes with Europe's best healing climate (rheumatism, asthma, skin). Trips to Alicante (promenade), Elche (park of palms), Murcia (Gardens, theatre), Cartagena (roman settlement), Mar Menor (inland sea) and hiking in the mountains.

There is  a large front terrace with table and chairs overlooking the pool and barbecue area. In the main living area of this air- conditioned Villa you will find a dining area with table and chairs. The lounge area is furnished with 3 - three seater settees one  turns into a sofa bed 2 armchairs, side board and coffee table satellite TV and DVD player.

Fully equipped kitchen cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker with oven, electric kettle, Iron. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Bedroom 1: Air conditioned with twin beds, bedside cabinets and a built-in wardrobe. 

Bedroom 2: single bed, bed side cabinet and en-suite bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and wash hand basin. 

FIRST FLOOR

Large Air conditioned Master bedroom double bed, bed side cabinets, built in wardrobes, En- suite with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.

Bedroom 4: Air conditioned - with twin bed, bed side cabinet, built in wardrobes and patio doors leading out to the sun terrace.

The Swimming Pool is 10m x 5m swimming pool with roman steps. Poolside shower. Attractive mature garden with palms, purpose built barbecue and bench. Front terrace with table and chairs with panoramic sea views. Car port and parking for 6 cars.

Just a 3-minute drive from this property you will find a well-stocked supermarket and bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment.

La Marquesa golf course this is a par 72, 18-hole course is also just 5-minute drive from this property. The next closest (15 minutes) course is La Finca, where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open. Within 25 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap. Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

For the hard to please a 30 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!

Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.

Quesada has it own Water Park and there is also a Water park in Torrevieja Aquopolies which is a 10 minute drive from this property.

A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch. Further details and prices can be had on 966 63 82 88.
