Hire of the remote control’s for the hot & cold air conditioning is 20 GBP for one week, 40 GBP for two weeks and 50 GBP 3 weeks.

Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, Please supply own beach towels. There is a one off cleaning charge of 75 euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.

The Costa Blanca or "White Coast" is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, with excellent safe beaches, water sports, two Aqua parks, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping, many restaurants and general sightseeing all close by. There are four main cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante 10 minutes and Murcia's San Javia - within 40 minutes drive. There are 3 Championship Golf Course within 20 minutes drive and 4 more only a 40-minute drive from this Villa.

Gran Alacant which is within 10 minute drive is a mainly residential area just a few miles south of Alicante and just to the north of the traditional Spanish seaside town of Santa Pola. Nestling in the hills above Alicante Bay, there are stunning views across to the city and the castle of Santa Barbara and northwards to the Crevillente Mountains. The few miles distance to the airport make Gran Alacant a particularly good place to stay as you can be in your holiday rental accommodation in less than an hour from landing and, because it is not on the flight path, there is no aircraft noise. Gran Alacant is convenient for Benidorm, Terra Mitica and the North Costa Blanca Spain- making it a very popular resort town. There are three good quality supermarkets with 10 minute drive from the property.

The main entrance leads into attractive conservatory with settee and table and chairs which overlooks the pool and garden area.

In the main area of this Air Conditioned villa you will find a dining area with table and chairs and the lounge area is equipped with two arm chairs, settee's, two leather arm chairs, coffee table, glass cabinet, TV and DVD player.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Close by and well within 10 minute walk there is a shop, cafe and restaurant and with 10 minute drive there is Gran Alacant and Santa Pola were you will find supermarkets, shops and restaurants where you can find English and Spanish cuisine. There are bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment.

The location of this Villa is perfect for a great family holiday. Within 10 minute drive you have the choice of some of the finest beaches on the Costa Blanca.

Within 25 minute drive  from this property there are 3 golf courses La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa and 40 minute drive you have 3 more Golf courses Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap, tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which are both within a 30 minute drive from this property.

A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road within 10 minute drive.
