Hire of the remote control’s for the air conditioning is 20 GBP per week. Long Lets available at 700 euro a month plus bills

The Spanish Costa Blanca (White Coast) extends along the south-eastern section of the Mediterranean coast. The Coast is made up of two clearly differentiated scenic sectors. To the North, a curtain of mountains runs parallel to the sea, descending at times to form cliffs; to the South, a vast plain of sand patches, palm trees and salt deposits make up the backdrop for the beaches.
Forests, dunes and beaches in perfect harmony inside a big virgin field, make Guardamar del Segura to be a paradise on the Costa Blanca. The town of Guardamar, with a population of just over 11,000, has historically played the role of guardian of the river Segura. Around 12 km of beach; pines; very old trees; a Mediterranean park with fountains and lakes that give life to squirrels, swans, fishes…

Within 35 minutes of Alicante airport and 15 minute drive from Murcia airport. This Spanish style villa is situated on the development of Lo Crispin close to Cuidad Quesada and Benijofar. 2 minutes from A7 motorway link. Ideal for golfers. 5 kms La Marquesa Golf, 9 kms La Finca Golf. 10 minutes to Guardamar Beach. This detached villa is fully furnished.

There is a local weekly market, only 3 minute drive away where you can buy a wide variety of products

This lovely light and spacious villa is just 10 minutes drive from golden sands which have the Euro blue flag for quality and cleanliness. Only 3 minutes from Quesada with restaurants and bars stretching along the high street. You are a 10 minute drive from Guardamar that is overflowing with bars restaurants street cafes and bars plus nightly market stretching along the promenade selling just about everything. Or if you prefer drinking and dancing you will never get bored Guardamar caters for everybody young and old.

Also within 10 minute drive of Torrevieja which was an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet, market and funfair. There are restaurants by the sea and a new development with Hypermarket, Bowling, Cinema, Amusements and a selection of restaurants just outside. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where Trips to Alicante (promenade), Elche (park of palms), Murcia (Gardens, theatre), Cartagena (Roman settlement), Mar Menor (inland sea), La Manga and hiking in the mountains are all within an hours drive on modern roads with little traffic.

The property is less than a 100 metres walk away from the communal pool, there is also a bar with internet-access. A car is recommended as the shops, restaurants and bars are a 5 minute drive away in Cuidad Quesada. There are numerous " blue flag " beaches, Guardamar, La Mata, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Los Locos, El Cura and Lo Ferris to name but a few.

Air Conditioned Master bedroom with double bed, large fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers. Patio doors which lead out to your own sun terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs.

Air Conditioned Bedroom 2 with two single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers with sun terrace.

Main bathroom consists of bath with shower, toilet, wash basin.

Outside

Front porch with table and chairs, garden with table and chairs. Large Communal pool within 4 minute walk with a baby pool for our younger guests to use.

Close by and well within five minute drive you will find Quesada with Supermarket bars, restaurants' were you will find every type of cuisine imaginable from Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish. There are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. A popular local market is held on Sundays - again within 5 minute drive of this villa, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

Within 10 minute drive you have La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa Golf Course.  15 minute drive you have 3 more Golf courses Villamartin  which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor  which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap.

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

There is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 5 minute drive from this property and Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies .

The villa is located 2 hour drive from the beautiful third city of Spain, with a lot of old [magnificent Mercado Central] and modern architecture [from Calatrava and a huge aquarium, that is Valencia! The origin of the paella!
