Seasons & Weekly Rental Dates and Prices Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on
booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card
payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit,
for longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include
electricity, linen and water, Please supply own beach towels. There is a one off
cleaning and preparation charge on arrival of 35 euros plus 5 euros per person
to our local representative on top of the rental charge.
The house is situated in El Galan, Villa Martin. Within 2 minutes drive of
the Campoamor and Las Ramblas Golf and less than 5 minutes from Villamartin Golf
and the famous centre with over 35 restaurants. Within 2 minutes walk of the
house there are ample selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and
specialist shops. The nearest beaches are a 7 minute drive and many more a
little further. The vibrant town of Torrevieja is a 15 minutes away and access
to the AP7 motorway is 5 minutes and this gives you freedom to explore the whole
region. The grand cities of Alicante, Murcia, Elche, and Cartegena are very
accessible as well as both the coast and wonderful countryside of the region.
The town of San Miguel de Salinas is the nearest town which is a short drive
through the orange and lemon groves and has some lovely local restaurants
situated down the little side streets but the town especially comes alive on
market day (Wednesday) with the lovely Spanish residents This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers
alike, in both areas, with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding,
shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an
hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the
west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by -
Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. 3 championship
Golf Courses within 5 minutes drive from this property. Green fees average £25 -
£40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all
year. Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) is an old fishing town, with
its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean
on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is
breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque
open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy
the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world. This 3 Bedroom house with private 6 x 3 pool house is situated in a peaceful
residential area and is ideally situated for golfers, families and couples that
want to get the best out of a holiday.
Accommodation consists of: Ground Floor Bedroom with two single beds, bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe and wall
mounted fan. Bathroom with WC and wash hand basin.

In the main area of
the Air- Conditioned house you will find a spacious lounge area which is
equipped with 3 settees, coffee table and side board, TV, DVD player, CD player
and Play Station, dining area with table and 6 chairs, ceiling fan, air cooling
unit in lounge as well as two portable fans. . Quality furniture is used
throughout.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and
hob, kettle, toaster, microwave juicer, coffee machine. All utensils and
crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect for 6 persons.
First Floor
Air- Conditioned
Master bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobe and private
large sun terrace with tables and chairs.
Air- Conditioned 2nd bedroom is equipped with two single beds bedside cabinet,
built-in wardrobe and private large sun terrace with tables and chairs.
Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.
All air conditioning units are both hot and cold in addition to two portable
electric radiators which are available.
Outside
Own 6 x 3 metre private pool to the rear exclusively for use by guests. There
are also two terraces to the front and rear of the house and a covered porch to
the front giving access to full sun or shade whichever is your preference all
day. Each terrace/balcony is furnished with tables and chairs.
This property is not recommended for disabled persons as there are several
stairs outside when approaching the house, although once inside there is a
bedroom and wash room on the ground floor.
Close by and well within 5 minute walk there are at least 10 places to eat including 2 Chinese, 2 Indian, 3 Spanish, a home bakery serving food and takeaways, and several bars serving meals with some offering nightly entertainment.
The Villamartin plaza, with its prominent palm trees and feature mosaics is a picturesque square with a wonderful collection of cafes, bars, restaurants and bowling alley to suit all tastes, and is also home to a family of parakeets. Large Supermarket. A popular local market is held on Saturdays - again within 10 minute drive of this property, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family
Within 5 minute drive you have 3
Golf courses Villamartin which
has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging
course for players of all abilities.
Las
Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High
trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course.
Campoamor which is situated,
in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish
off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap
and within 10 minute drive from this property there is La Finca Golf Course
where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La
Marquesa, Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days
in advance at Campoamor
No need to bring your clubs as
you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric
buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and
practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind
with something to eat and drink after your round.
For the hard to please a 30 minute drive further south will bring you to La
Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose
from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!
Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to
play.
Torrevieja has it own Water Park
Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 10 minute
drive from this property.
A great day out can be had at the
Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide
range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There

Located in Benidorm, which is 60-minute drive, enjoy one of the most beautiful
and fun theme parks in the world. There's something for everyone: shows, thrill
