Hire of the remote control’s for the air conditioning is 20 GBP per week.
Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with beaches, water sports, Two Aqua parks with water
chutes, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche
to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within
30 minutes drive. 1 Championship Golf Courses within 5 minutes drive and 4 more only 10 minute drive from this Villa. Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes.
There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year. Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and
small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly
beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous

miles of white sandy beaches at Guardamar and Torrevieja with nature parks, salt lagoons, two salt-lakes with Europe's best healing climate (rheumatism, asthma,
skin). Trips to Alicante (promenade), Elche (park of palms), Murcia (Gardens, theatre), Cartagena (roman settlement), Mar Menor (inland sea) and hiking in the
mountains.

3 seater and 2 seater sofas,
coffee table, tv unit with TV including UK channels, CD player and DVD player.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would

Just a 5-minute drive from this property you will find a well-stocked supermarket, restaurants and bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment.
Close by you will find the town of Ciudad Quesada. with banks, Supermarket and every type of cuisine imaginable from

The location of this villa is perfect for a great family holiday or golfing breaks. Within a five minute drive you have the La Marquesa golf course and the choice of four
more golf courses or the lovely sandy beaches of Guardamar on the Costa Blanca.
La Marquesa golf course this is a par 72, 18-hole course is also just 5-minute drive from this property. The next closest course is La Finca (10-minute drive), where a new clubhouse has been built to service the Spanish Open.
Within 20 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap. Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor
No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric
buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind
with something to eat and drink after your round. A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide
