Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the
balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will
incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer
winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity,
linen and water, Please supply own beach towels. There is a one off cleaning
charge of 65 euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.
This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers
alike, in both areas, with beaches, water sports, Two Aqua parks with water
chutes, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close
by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche
to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major
international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within
30 minutes drive. 1 Championship Golf Courses within 5 minutes drive and 4 more
only 10 minute drive from this Villa. Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes.
There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year. Torrevieja (45km
south of Alicante airport) is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and
small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and
thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly
beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside,
where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous
bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.
This Villa is ideally situated for those that want to get the best out of a
holiday. Only 30 minutes from Murcia and Alicante Airports The villa is in a
quiet location and away from main roads and has the benefit of being a corner
plot with gardens at the front and rear and sun porch. 10 minutes drive to 8
miles of white sandy beaches at Guardamar and Torrevieja with nature parks, salt
lagoons, two salt-lakes with Europe's best healing climate (rheumatism, asthma,
skin). Trips to Alicante (promenade), Elche (park of palms), Murcia (Gardens,
theatre), Cartagena (roman settlement), Mar Menor (inland sea) and hiking in the
mountains.

Ground Floor
In the main area of this Air Conditioned villa you will find a dining area with
table and 6 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with a large L shaped sofa,
TV including UK channels, CD player and DVD player, two ceiling fans.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob
and microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would
expect
Also Air Conditioned Bedroom which is equipped with two single beds and built-in
wardrobes and ceiling fan. Furnished to the highest quality.
Bathroom with shower, WC and wash hand basin.
First Floor
Air Conditioned Master bedroom with double bed and a built-in wardrobe, ceiling
fans it also has two sun terraces with sun loungers.
The 2nd Air Conditioned bedroom is equipped with two single beds and built-in
wardrobes and ceiling fans and sun terrace.
Main bathroom with shower, corner suite, WC and wash hand basin..
Front porch with table and chairs, Sun terrace with chairs. Communal Pool just
in front of the Villa.
Close by and well within Ten minutes walk, you will find the town of Ciudad
Quesada. with banks, Supermarket and every type of cuisine imaginable from
Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish. There are plenty of
bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly
entertainment. Also a Aqua park with water-chute.
The location of this villa is perfect for a great family holiday or golfing
breaks. At the side of
the Villa is a park area were the children can play and you can enjoy a barbecue
and meet new friends Communal swimming pool with children's paddling pool and
within a ten minute drive you have the choice of five golf courses or the lovely
sandy beaches of Guardamar on the Costa Blanca.
La Marquesa golf course this is a par 72, 18-hole course is also just 10-minute drive from this property. The next closest course is La Finca, where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open.
Within 15 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap. Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor
No need to bring your clubs as
you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric
buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and
practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind
with something to eat and drink after your round.
For the hard to please a 30 minute drive further south will bring you to La
Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose
from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!
Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to
play.
Quesada has it own Water Park and there is also a Water park in Torrevieja
Aquopolies
which is a 10 minute
drive from this property.
A great day out can be had at the
Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide
range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There
