balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will
incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer

The unspoilt town and beautiful beaches of La
Marina are only a 10-minute drive from this villa. This is an area where there is
plenty to do with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and
general sightseeing all close by. There are two cities within 30 minutes drive -
Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west and two major international
airports close by Alicante 20 minutes and Murcia's San Javia - 35 minutes
drive. 4 championship Golf Courses within 30 minutes drive from this property.
Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of
fruit groves inland. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments
you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick
a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to
this part of the world.
The property is one of a group of 10 villas on a small estate and is approached
from the road via a private drive leading to the villa entrance. This Villa is
ideally situated for those who want to get away for a quiet holiday. This villa
is away from main roads and has the benefit of being a detached villa on a
2000sq metre plot with a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, a tennis
court, your own private bar, large sun terrace. 10 minute drive to the
urbanisation of La Marina and 15 minute drive to the city of Elche on the Costa
Blanca coast, you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know
it.
Elche to the north-west is the capital of the El Baix district and the Valencian
region's third largest city in terms of population. Elche had its original
location at L'Alcudia where the bust of the Lady of Elche was found, however the
Moors moved the city to its current position, surrounded by groves of palm
trees. Today over 300,000 officially protected palm trees in the city lend it a
somewhat exotic air. These palms are evident on every street corner and can be
especially enjoyed in the well-tended city park and just a short walk away in
the Huerto del Cura (Priest's Garden), where a palm in the form of a seven-armed
candelabra is a good example of the freaks of nature.
In the historical, old section of the city amongst the most interesting sights
are the Altamira Palace, the Basilica of Santa Maria, the Moorish fortress and
the Moorish Baths.
The municipal park in Elche is a wonderful place to enjoy both the sun and the
shade. The park is filled with tall palms, water features, bandstands and much
more. On the other side of the road is the outdoor swimming pool and the sports
park where all manner of sports take place.
The River Vinalopo runs through Elche and has several impressive crossing
points. If you stay close to the river you are guaranteed to see the best of the
sights including the Basilica, the Palacio, the Museo de la Festa and the old
town market. The tourist board can issue you with a street plan that has
suggested routes marked on it to ensure you get the most from your visit. All
over Elche are splendid buildings with intricate stonework and a fair share of
statues and monuments. Look out for the Lady of Elche.
Make sure you have good walking shoes on and take plenty of
water with you.
The location of this villa is perfect for a great family holiday. Set in its own grounds of 2000sq metres. At the side of the Villa is the 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, barbecue area and tennis court (only for knock about) within a 12 minute drive you have the lovely sandy beach at La Marina stretches some 17 kilometres from Santa Pola to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca.
ALL ON ONE FLOOR -
In the main living area of this Villa you will find a spacious dining area with
table and 6 chairs, Welsh dresser, the lounge area is furnished with a 3 piece
leather suite consisting of 3 - seater settee and a 2 seater settee and 1
armchair, side board and coffee table TV with UK channels and DVD player, Hi Fi
unit. Patio doors lead out to a large sun terrace with table chairs and sun
loungers. The second Air Conditioning lounge has a Sofa bed, 2 seater settee
and two armchairs, open fire place, bookcase and CD player.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge freezer, 4-ring gas cooker with
electric oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, Iron, orange
squeezer, utensils, crockery and cutlery for eight persons are on hand as you
would expect. Washing machine and Ironing board is in the adjacent utility room.
Three Bedrooms, two doubles, one twin there is also a Sofa bed in the Air
Conditioning second lounge.
The main bedroom has a double size bed, bedside cabinets and wardrobe, patio doors leading out onto a
sun terrace. En- Suite bathroom has a power shower, WC, bidet and wash hand
basin.
The second bedroom also has a double size bed, bedside cabinets and wardrobe.
The third bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe.
There is also a sofa bed in
the second lounge.
Two bathrooms, Master bathroom with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand
basin. En- Suite bathroom has a power shower, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.
The Swimming Pool is 10 x 5 metre with roman steps
and is surrounded by spacious terraces with sun lounges, table and chairs, there
is also a barbecue with under cover seating for up to 10 people. There is a Tennis Court
(only for knock in about) and Roof terrace, which is accessed by external staircase and has stunning
panoramic country views.
Its 10 minute drive from the urbanisation of La Marina with 4 Large Supermarket
and several bars some offering nigh time entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
A popular local market is held on Thursdays and Sundays - again within 10 minutes drive of
the Villa, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the
family. Spend the morning strolling past the stalls, stop for the odd
refreshment or two and then buy a roasted chicken from the stall and venture
back home for lunch.
Within 15 minute drive from
this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built
to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa Golf Course, 25 minute drive you have 3
Golf courses Villamartin which
has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging
course for players of all abilities. Las
Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High
trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course.
Campoamor which is situated,
in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish
off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap.
Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days
in advance at Campoamor
No need to bring your clubs as
you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric
buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and
practice areas. There are also cafeterias/ restaurants where you can unwind
with something to eat and drink after your round.
For the hard to please a 40 minute drive further south will bring you to La
Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose
from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!
Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to
play.
A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road only 10 minutes from this villa. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch. Further details and prices can be had on 966 63 82 88. Two very Spanish towns Santa Pola and Guardamar have some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca again only 10 minute drive from this villa.
Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 10 minute drive from this property.
Located in Benidorm, which is 45-minute drive, enjoy one of the most beautiful
and fun theme parks in the world. There's something for everyone: shows, thrill
rides and rides for the little ones. Come and have some fun at
Terra Mitica or
visit the water park at
Aqualandia
