Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, Please supply own beach towels. There is a one off 65 Euro cleaning charge payable at the villa on handing over the keys. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.

The Costa Blanca or "White Coast" is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, with excellent safe beaches, water sports, two Aqua parks, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping, many restaurants and general sightseeing all close by. There are four main cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante 20 minutes and Murcia's San Javia - within 40 minutes drive. There are 2 Championship Golf Course within 15 minutes drive and 4 more only a 25-minute drive from this Villa.

Situated in a quiet residential area on the urbanisation of El Oasis near Urb La Marina. The unspoilt town and beautiful beaches of La Marina Village are only a 6-minute drive from this villa. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.

This brand new detached villa is finished and equipped to a very high standard. All floor surfaces are finished in quality ceramic tiles and all bathrooms and the kitchen are fully tiled and the property can sleep up to 8.

This villa is away from main roads and has the benefit of being near shops, bars and restaurants. There is a Leisure Complex which has a large swimming pool and children's swimming pool, two large sun terrace, Restaurant and snack bar and Bowling greens near by. With a 5 minute drive to La Marina Village or a 10 minute drive to the city of Elche on the Costa Blanca coast, you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it.

There are excellent bars shops and restaurants within 10 minute walk and a 3 minute drive takes you to the Urb of La Marina, with banks, bars and restaurants including Chinese, Indian, Italian, English and of course Spanish cuisine.

The local markets are on Thursdays and Sundays and are within a 5 minute drive and is great for local bargains and breakfast. It is only a 6-minute drive to miles of safe white sandy beaches at La Marina or 10 minutes to Guardamar. Torrevieja is 20 minutes with nature parks, salt lagoons, and Europe’s best healing climate according to the World Health Organisation. You can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world. Especially beneficial for those with rheumatism, asthma or skin problems.

Torrevieja is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet, market and funfair. There are restaurants by the sea and a new development with Hypermarket, Bowling, Cinema, Amusements and a selection of restaurants just outside. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where Trips to Alicante (promenade), Elche (park of palms), Murcia (Gardens, theatre), Cartagena (Roman settlement), Mar Menor (inland sea), La Manga and hiking in the mountains are all within an hours drive on modern roads with little traffic.

In the main area of this fully Hot/Cold Air conditioned villa you will find a dining area with table and 6 chairs,  TV & DVD player, the lounge area is equipped with 2 leather settees, tv unit and side table and coffee table.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob, micro- wave, kettle, coffee maker, utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Family bedroom with Hot/Cold Air conditioning, double bed, bunk beds, bedside cabinets and a walk-in wardrobe. The en- suite has a full-size shower, bidet, WC and wash hand basin.

The 2nd Hot/Cold Air conditioning bedroom is equipped with, two single beds, bedside cabinet, hairdryer and built-in wardrobe.

The 3rd Hot/Cold Air conditioning bedroom is equipped with two single beds, bedside cabinet and built-in wardrobe.

The main bathroom has a full-size bath, shower, WC and wash hand basin.

There is also Alarm and safe fitted for extra security.

There is a large sun roof terrace with table and chairs and sunloungers, front terrace with table and chairs and side terrace with table and chairs. At the rear of the villa is a 8 x 4 -metre swimming pool with roman steps, shower, sun loungers, table and chairs and B.B.Q.  There is room for off road parking.

Within 10 minute drive from this property there are 2 golf courses La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa golf course in Quesada.

Within 25 minute drive you have 3 more Golf courses Villamartin  which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities.  Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor  which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap. Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

For the hard to please a 45 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!

Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 10 minute drive from this property.
