Hire of the remote control’s for the hot & cold air conditioning is 20 GBP for one week, 40 GBP for two weeks and 50 GBP 3 weeks.

Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, Please supply own beach towels. There is a one off cleaning charge of 65 euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.

Ideally located just south of Elche and close to Alicante international airport, set in a rural location between Alicante & Torrevieja on the coastal plain & only minutes drive from the beautiful mountains. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday, full of sunshine, this is the one for you. Fabulous for the whole family, the villa is self contained within it's own 2000 sq metre plot. Just 2 Km from the AP7 motorway with ready access to facilities in ALL directions. If you are looking to get away from the urbanisations and want to be in the countryside in a beautiful rural situation, Then this is the villa for you. Set in a lovely rural location just outside the village of Catral which is typically Spanish, with lots of bars, restaurants, tapas bars & amenities. Within a short distance of Delores and Almoradi where you will find more great places to eat in the Spanish style. The villa has been well furnished and has a kitchen equipped for your entertaining. A large 12 x 5 metre swimming pool surrounded by mature garden with trees giving you the privacy you would like. This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are two cities within 20 minute drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west and Alicante international airport only 15 minute drive. 6 championship Golf Courses within 30 minutes drive from this property.

Catral is a small town in the heart of the Vega Baja. The fertile lands around Catral mean that the area relies largely on agriculture for its subsistence. The Hondon Reservoir is nearby and there are various trails that lead to it, allowing enjoyable walks through the countryside. Catral has many tapas bars, restaurants, schools, shops and beautiful parks. It even hosts a hot air balloon ride which is a spectacular trip. Catral has a small weekly market held on a Saturday where you can purchase fresh fruit and vegetables, clothes, shoes and flowers.

The villa sits on a plot of 2000m2, so it is a very large area for families to spread out. There is a 400m2 patio tiled area for sunbathing and playing games. There are sun loungers/seats for the sole use of the tenants. The private pool is 12 metre x 5 metre wide with roman steps. It is elevated out of the ground. There is a 6 feet sunbathing area all the way around the pool. It has an outside shower. There is a BBQ with utensils for the tenants use. The gates are electronic which are controlled by a fob. All the windows and doors have strengthened steel grills. There is adequate parking for up to 8 vehicles behind the villa which are out of sight of the relaxing area, large sun porch with tables and chairs for dining al fresco.

This 3 bedroom Villa with private pool is ideally situated for those that want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 15 minutes from Alicante airport. in a quiet location and away from main roads. In the main area of this Air Conditioned villa you will find a dining area with table and 6 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with two settee's, coffee table, glass cabinet, TV and DVD player, gas fire place.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with dish washer, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and table and chairs. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect. Utility room with washing machine and drink's cooler.

Air Condition Master bedroom with double bed, two bedside cabinets and a built -in wardrobe, ceiling fan. En-Suite with shower, WC, and wash hand basin.

Within 15 minute drive from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa in Quesada, and within 25 minute drive you have 3 more Golf courses Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap, Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

For the hard to please a 55 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which are both within a 20 minute drive from this property.

A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch. Further details and prices can be had on 966 63 82 88.
