Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the
balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will
incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer
winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity,
linen and water, Please supply own beach towels. There is a one off 75 Euros
cleaning charge. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.
This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are Two cities within an 20 minute drive - Alicante to the east, Elche to the south west. Alicante international airport 20 minute's drive and Murcia's San Javia within 1 hours drive.
Elche to the south-west is the capital of the El Baix district and the
Valencian region's third largest city in terms of population. Elche had its
original location at L'Alcudia where the bust of the Lady of Elche was found,
however the Moors moved the city to its current position, surrounded by groves
of palm trees. Today over 300,000 officially protected palm trees in the city
lend it a somewhat exotic air. These palms are evident on every street corner
and can be especially enjoyed in the well-tended city park and just a short walk
away in the Huerto del Cura (Priest's Garden), where a palm in the form of a
seven-armed candelabra is a good example of the freaks of nature.
In the historical, old section of the city amongst the most interesting sights
are the Altamira Palace, the Basilica of Santa Maria, the Moorish fortress and
the Moorish Baths.
The municipal park in Elche is a wonderful place to enjoy both the sun and the
shade. The park is filled with tall palms, water features, bandstands and much
more. On the other side of the road is the outdoor swimming pool and the sports
park where all manner of sports take place.
The River Vinalopo runs through Elche and has several impressive crossing
points. If you stay close to the river you are guaranteed to see the best of the
sights including the Basilica, the Palacio, the Museo de la Festa and the old
town market. The tourist board can issue you with a street plan that has
suggested routes marked on it to ensure you get the most from your visit. All
over Elche are splendid buildings with intricate stonework and a fair share of
statues and monuments. Look out for the Lady of Elche. Make sure you have good
walking shoes on and take plenty of water with you.
Alenda Golf Course is within 10 minutes drive from this property. Green fees
average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 10 more courses within an hours drive.
Open all year. There are thousands of acres of fruit groves and the scenery is
breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque
open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy
the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.
This Villa is ideally situated for those that want to get the best out of a
holiday. Only 20 minutes from Alicante airport. The villa is in a quiet location
and away from main roads has a Garden and a large sun terrace.

Ground Floor
In the main area of the villa you will find a raised dining area with table and
8 chairs and a patio leading out to a large terrace. The Air Conditioned lounge area has
a large
sofa, TV and stereo system, coffee table, wall unit and ceiling fans. Second Air
Conditioned dining room with table and chairs.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob
and microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would
expect.
There is a separate guest toilet on the ground floor.
First Floor
The Family bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and patio doors to a
private sun terrace, En - suite with bath, shower, W.C
and bidet, there is adjoining room with two single beds and wardrobe making it
ideal for a young family.
The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside cabinet and a wardrobe.
Third bedroom has two single beds, bedside cabinet and a wardrobe..
Bathroom with bath, shower, W.C. and bidet.
At the front of the Villa there is a 8m x 4m Roman design swimming pool, large
Sun terrace and sunloungers.
The property has solid external doors and all windows are double-glazed complete
with roller shutters. Car parking space for 2 cars.
There is a children's play area just a 5 minute walk. And 5 minute drive or 20
minute walk into Aspe there are some lovely restaurants, bars and
beautiful squares and fountains and a large indoor market selling all fresh
produce. The location of this villa is perfect for a great family holiday.
Alenda Golf course is within 10 minute drive and Alicante is 20 minute drive
away.
Located in Benidorm, which is 25-minute drive, enjoy one of the most beautiful
and fun theme parks in the world. There's something for everyone: shows, thrill
