Hire of the remote control’s for the air conditioning is 20 GBP per week.

Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, All prices include electricity, linen and water, please supply own beach towels. There is a one off 65 euros cleaning charge payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.

This modern apartment comprises of 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms with separate bathroom room. An open plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, hob, oven and washing machine and dining for 6 people. The lounge is comfortable with TV (spanish only) plus air conditioning and a heater. The outdoor balcony with views over the pool and gardens and on towards the coast is accessed through the lounge and is ideal for alfresco dining. The apartment is within a secure gated community and guests enjoy the Olympic size communal pool (only 25 metres away) were you can also sunbathe and relax in comfort within the landscaped surrounding gardens only 25 metres away

One of the great features of this apartment is its close proximity to the excellent shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, town and beach and then there is the renown Flamenca Beach Saturday street market which is located immediately outside the community main entrance. Our Flamenca Beach apartment is around 5 minutes walk from a large Mercadona shopping complex and the Via Park complex 7 restaurants and 5 bars. In under 15 minutes you can stroll to the Flamenca Beach complex with dozens of bars and restaurants, live entertainment, street entertainers and al fresco dining. 2 weeks isn't enough to cover all our apartment location has to offer..

This area of the southern Costa Blanca (the Orihuela Costa) enjoys a fantastic warm Mediterranean climate renowned for its sunshine and features many lovely beaches, coves and clean spring water. There is over 16km of stunning coastline and you are only a few minutes away from the beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Punta Prima or Mil Palmeras – all of which have been awarded the European Blue Flag for excellence.

Playa Flamenca is a quiet residential area, non-commercialised, yet near to all the required holiday facilities, 3 championship golf courses of prestige, tennis, water sports, Go-Karting, the flumes and pools of the Aqua parks at Torrevieja and Quesada. There is more than plenty to fill out your holiday days - and this in an area NOT known as a tourist and package holiday location. Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away and is a beautiful Spanish town, boasting a marina, waterfront market, street entertainment, shops, numerous cafes, bistros, restaurants, bars, and a beautiful church square. The superb palm-lined promenade and harbour board-walk are the ideal place to go for that evening stroll.

The apartment is very popular for golf breaks, and its not surprising with three championship golf courses close by or within a half an hours drive (or taxi) you have more to choose from, in fact you will need a week to decide where to play first.

Leave the stress of the office behind and head for Playa Flamenca, where blue skies and championship golf awaits. The apartment has television dvd, the music system will play cds, radio there is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room.

To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment is in a quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing balcony, interesting views.

Apartment is right beside swimming, walking Close to the apartment you will find a beach, wind surfing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports centre, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a theme park, a restaurant, a food shop. less then 45 minutes drive away. The beach is only a 5-10 minute stroll from the apartment

Golf Courses : 5 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap. Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Within 15 minute drive from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa, Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

For the hard to please a 25 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with 3 eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!

Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 10 minute drive from this property.

A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch. Further details and prices can be had on 966 63 82 88.
