Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. There is also a returnable damage deposit. All prices include electricity, linen and water, Please supply own beach towels. There is a one off cleaning charge of 55 euros payable on arrival to a resident English neighbour who holds the Keys and provides cleaning services and can arrange shopping and taxi service for any visitors.

Ideally located just south of Alicante and close to the international airport, Gran Alacant is convenient for Benidorm, Terra Mitica and the North Costa Blanca - making it a very popular resort town. The town itself has benefited from massive investment, creating high quality residential and business communities. The investment and development is continuing, building the infrastructure to take full advantage of the town's wide sandy beaches and dunes.

Delightful new two bedroom house on small urbanisation development at Gran Alacant, Santa Pola. The properties are situated on top of a hill surrounded by green belt land and within 5 minutes drive of a 17KM long sandy beach. There are essential shops within walking distance and a wide array of restaurants and services within a 10 minute drive. There is also a selection of top class Golf courses within easy reach. Ground Floor

Air Conditioning/Heating in the lounge with suite and futon/divan (which makes for an extra bed if required) wood burning fireplace, Flat screen plasma TV with UK sky channels and DVD player. Fully furnished dining area

Bathroom with Toilet /shower.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher . All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

First Floor

Two bedrooms, Master Bedroom has double bed and large fitted wardrobes.

The second bedroom has two single beds and storage furniture.

Main bathroom with shower, WC and wash hand basin.

On the 2nd floor is a beautiful tiled solarium /sun bathing area which is an ideal place to have a B.B.Q and watch the Sun go down.

Front patio area with a Jacuzzi spa tub.

Close by and well within ten minute walk, you will find Supermarket, Restaurants where you can find English and Spanish cuisine. There are bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. And 5 minute drive there is a new commercial centre with three Supermarkets, Bars, Restaurants and Banks.

The location of this Villa is perfect for a great family holiday. Within 15 minute walk you have the choice of one of the finest beaches on the Costa Blanca.

Within 45 minute drive you have 5 Golf courses Villamartin  which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities.  Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor  which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap and within 20 minute drive  from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa, Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

For the hard to please a 55 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!

Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 20 minute drive from this property.

A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch. Further details and prices can be had on 966 63 82 88.
