This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding,
shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the
west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante 40 minutes and Murcia's San Javia - within 25 minutes drive.
Bathroom with WC and wash hand basin. No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric
buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind
with something to eat and drink after your round. A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide

This Townhouse is ideally situated for golfers that want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 5 minutes from 3 Championship Golf Courses. Green fees average
£25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year. Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) is an old fishing town,
with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the
scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or
lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.

In the main area of the Air- Conditioned property you will find dining area with table and 4 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with a settee and sofa bed,
TV , DVD player . Quality furniture is used throughout.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and. microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would
expect.
First Floor
Two bedrooms, Air- Conditioned Master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers it also has its own sun terrace.
Air- Conditioned Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, it also has its own sun terrace and stairs leading up to a large roof
solarium complete with patio furniture.
Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin.
There are 3 Sun Terrace's with Table and Chairs. Garage and Communal pool.
We do not allow smoking inside this property and request smoking to be restricted to outside areas only, for the comfort of all future quests.
Close by and well within 5 minute walk there are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment.
The villa is ideally located for Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas Golf courses. The Villamartin plaza, with its prominent palm trees and feature
mosaics is a picturesque square with a wonderful collection of cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, and is also home to a family of parakeets. A
selection of shops and banks are located in the plaza, completing all the necessary facilities. Supermarket approx 3 minutes away. A popular local market
is held on Saturdays - again within 10 minute drive of the Villa, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family. 10 minutes to the
lovely sandy beaches of La Zenia & Cabo Roig on the Costa Blanca.
Within 5 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging
course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course.
Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap
and within 10 minute drive from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La
Marquesa, Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor
For the hard to please a 30 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose
from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!
Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to
play.
Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 10 minute drive from this property.
Located in Benidorm, which is 60-minute drive, enjoy one of the most beautiful and fun theme parks in the world. There's something for everyone: shows, thrill
