Hire of the remote control’s for the air conditioning is 20 GBP for one week, 40 GBP for two weeks and 50 GBP 3 weeks.

Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, Please supply own beach towels. There is a one off 45 Euro cleaning charge payable at the property on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.

This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. 3 championship Golf Courses within 5 minutes drive from this property. Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year. Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.

Only 5 minutes from 3 Championship Golf Courses, 30 minutes from Murcia airport or 40 minutes from Alicante. The apartment is in a quiet location and away from main roads. 10 minutes drive to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it.

In the main area of this air- conditioned apartment you will find spacious dining area with table and 6 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with and a settee, two arm chairs, TV with UK channels, two ceiling fans . Quality furniture is used throughout.

Two bedrooms, Master bedroom with double bed and a built-in wardrobe fan.

Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and built-in wardrobe and fan. Furnished to the highest quality.

Master bathroom with shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge and freezer, oven and hob, microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

There is a Sun Terrace with Table and Four Chairs off road parking. There is also a communal pool within 2 minute walk

Close by and well within 2 minute walk there are bars and restaurants on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. The apartment is ideally located for Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas Golf courses. The Villamartin plaza, with its prominent palm trees and feature mosaics is a picturesque square with a wonderful collection of cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, and is also home to a family of parakeets. A selection of shops and banks are located in the plaza, completing all the necessary facilities. Big Supermarket approx 5 minutes away. A popular local market is held on Saturdays - again within 10 minute drive of the apartment, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

The location of this apartment is perfect for a great golfing or family holiday. Five minute drive you have the choice of three golf courses or 10 minutes to the lovely sandy beaches of La Zenia & Cabo Roig on the Costa Blanca.
 

Within 5 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses Villamartin  which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities.  Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor  which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap
and within 10 minute drive  from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa, Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

For the hard to please a 30 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!

Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 10 minute drive from this property.

A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch. Further details and prices can be had on 966 63 82 88.
