Hire of the remote control’s for the air conditioning is 20 GBP for one week, 40 GBP for two weeks and 50 GBP 3 weeks.

This air conditioned apartment is in the inland town of Rafal which is a typical pretty Spanish town and is a ideal area for a quiet and peaceful break,  or there is also plenty to do for both golfers and non-golfers alike only 5 minutes from A37 motorway.

Rafal is a pretty village to visit, park the car and walk around the various parks and plazas for there is much to see and do, purpose built auditorium, church of our Lady Del Rosario who is the patrona of the village and the town square plaza de Espana.

With beaches, water sports, Tennis Club, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all within 15 minute drive. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. Only 5 minute drive from La Finca Golf Course and 4 more championship Golf Courses within 20 minute drive from this property making it the ideal location for a golfing holiday. Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year.

There are two cities within 40 minutes drive - Alicante to the north is one of the most well-known towns along the Costa Blanca, with it's wonderful boulevard, with palm trees and long alleys for nice relaxing walks and shopping. Alicante is starting point for thousands of tourists every year. Famous for its excellent weather, miles of sandy beaches and with many historical buildings around the entire city. Alicante offers countless sightseeing attractions, from cathedrals to churches and of course a wonderful harbour area. The city invites you to take a trip along the coast or to the wonderful island of Tabarca. Additionally to sightseeing, directly from the harbour area a long wide sandy beach leads its way up to San Juan. Just drop your towel in the sand and enjoy a wonderful day at the sun.

Torrevieja is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet, market and funfair. There are restaurants by the sea and a new development with Hypermarket, Bowling, Cinema, Amusements and a selection of restaurants just outside. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where Trips to Alicante (promenade), Elche (park of palms), Murcia (Gardens, theatre), Cartagena (Roman settlement), Mar Menor (inland sea), La Manga and hiking in the mountains are all within an hours drive on modern roads with little traffic.

This first floor air conditioned apartment is only 5 minute walk from bars, restaurants, banks and shops. The town of Rafel itself is a quiet rural town of great traditions that has prospered over the years, there is a street market every Thursday just 3 streets away from the apartment. Guardamar is within 15 minute drive with a number of bars, restaurants, clubs, shops etc. Plus lovely promenades, several beaches, street markets and a marina

This brand new spacious air- conditioned 2 bedroom apartment has a lounge with sofa bed, armchair, sideboard with TV/ UK channels DVD/CD player, dining table with 4 chairs, patio doors which lead out to the large sun terrace with Sun lounger and cushion and table and chairs.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Air- Conditioned Master bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinet's with bedside lamp,  chest of draws and a built-in wardrobe.

Air- Conditioned  2nd Bedroom equipped with two single beds, bedside cabinet with bedside lamp, built-in wardrobes.

Bathroom with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.

Communal Pool within the apartment block and also a large Municipal pool just around the corner (open March to September)

There are plenty of parking spaces outside the apartment as a car is essential.

15 minute drive you have the choice of some of the lovely sandy beaches of La Marina & Guardamar on the Costa Blanca.

La Finca Golf Course is within 5 minutes drive where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa, Villamartin Las Ramblas and Campoamor and within 20 minute drive  from this property. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap, Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

For the hard to please a 35 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!

Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 15 minute drive from this property.

A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch. Further details and prices can be had on 966 63 82 88.

Located in Benidorm, which is 45-minute drive, enjoy one of the most beautiful and fun theme parks in the world. There's something for everyone: shows, thrill rides and rides for the little ones. Come and have some fun at Terra Mitica or visit the water park at Aqualandia
