This ground floor apartment is only 10 minute walk from the sea and 10 minute drive from Cabo Roig, Villamartin and Torrevieja where you will find a varied selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The towns have a number of bars, restaurants, clubs, shops etc. Plus lovely promenades, several beaches, street markets and a marina.

It has well maintained beautiful gardens and pathways and communal pool. Within 20 minutes drive of Murcia Airport and 35 minutes of Alicante Airport, Los Altos lies 6km south of Torrevieja town. Restaurants and the supermarket are a short walk away, the area benefits from the facilities of an area known locally as "Punta Marina Complex which features numerous modern, child-friendly bars, restaurants, large supermarket, small shops and banks, which are all within easy walking distance.

There are EEC blue flag beaches, within 10 minutes walk, the beaches have beach bars where you can obtain snacks and refreshments.
