Hire of the remote control’s for the air conditioning is 20 GBP for one week, 40 GBP for two weeks and 50 GBP 3 weeks.

Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, please supply own beach towels. There is a one off cleaning charge of 45 euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.

The Spanish Costa Blanca (White Coast) extends along the south-eastern section of the Mediterranean coast. The Coast is made up of two clearly differentiated scenic sectors. To the North, a curtain of mountains runs parallel to the sea, descending at times to form cliffs; to the South, a vast plain of sand patches, palm trees and salt deposits make up the backdrop for the beaches.

This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 30 minutes drive. 5 championship Golf Courses within 15 minutes drive from this property.

Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year. Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.

The property is less than a 50 metres walk away from the communal pool. This villa is only a 5 minute drive Cuidad Quesada and Rojales were you will find more shops, restaurants and bars. There are numerous " blue flag beaches, Guardamar, La Mata, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Los Locos, El Cura and Lo Ferris to name but a few.

The local area Sunday market is within 5 minute drive and is great for local bargains and breakfast. It is only a 6 minute drive to miles of safe white sandy beaches at Guardamar or 10 minutes to Torrevieja with nature parks, salt lagoons, and Europe’s best healing climate according to the World Health Organisation. You can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world. Especially beneficial for those with rheumatism, asthma or skin problems.

In the main area of this Air- Conditioned villa you will find a dining area with table and chairs which comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and the lounge area is equipped with sofa bed, coffee table, sideboard, TV with UK channels.

The kitchen comes equipped with microwave, fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, kettle. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect. Utility room with washing machine

Main Bathroom with bath shower, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.

Air- Conditioned Master bedroom equipped with a double bed, built in wardrobes, bedside table.

2nd bedroom is equipped with two single beds, built in wardrobes, bedside cabinet and ceiling fan.

Outside the back door there is a large patio area. Large roof sun terrace with sunloungers and views. Garden and off road parking.

Communal Pool is less than 50 metres walk away with a baby pool for our younger guests to use.

Just across the road you have the Quesada Water Park.

Close by and well within five minute drive you will find Quesada and Rojales both with Supermarket bars, restaurants' were you will find every type of cuisine imaginable from Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish. There are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. A popular local market is held on Sundays - again within 5 minute drive of this villa, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

La Marquesa golf course is only 5 minute drive and La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open is within 10 minute drive. Within 15 minute drive you have 5 Golf courses Villamartin  which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities.  Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor  which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap. Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

For the hard to please a 30 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for! Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.

A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides.
