Hire of the remote control’s for the air conditioning is 10 GBP per week.

Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, Please supply own beach towels. There is a one off 45 Euro cleaning charge payable on arrival at the villa. Cot and High chair hire are also available.

This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Murcia's San Javia - within 25 minutes drive and Alicante 40 minutes .

This apartment is ideally situated for beach holiday and golfing break. Only 5 minutes from the beach and 3 Championship Golf Courses. Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year. Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.

Cabo Roig is a 5 minute drive, you will find more shops, restaurants and bars. There are numerous " blue flag " beaches, Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Los Locos, El Cura and Lo Ferris to name but a few.

The local area Saturday market is within 10 minute drive and is great for local bargains and breakfast. 15 minutes to Torrevieja with nature parks, salt lagoons, and Europe’s best healing climate according to the World Health Organisation. You can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world. Especially beneficial for those with rheumatism, asthma or skin problems.

In the main area of this Air- Conditioned apartment you will find a lounge with two leather sofas, glass wall unit, coffee table TV, Hi/Fi and DVD player. Dining area with table and chairs which comfortably accommodate 4 people. Patio doors leading out to the large sun terrace with views overlooking lemon groves.

The kitchen comes equipped with microwave, fridge freezer, dish washer, oven and hob, toaster, kettle. Utility room with washing machine. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Main Bathroom with bath, shower, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.

Master bedroom equipped with two single beds, built in wardrobes, bedside table and ceiling fan.

2nd bedroom is equipped with two single beds, built in wardrobes, bedside cabinet and ceiling fan.

Close by and well within 4 minute drive you will find a bank, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Also there are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment in Cabo Roig and Villamartin. A popular local market is held on Saturdays - within 10 minute drive of this property, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

Villamartin  which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities.  Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor  which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap. La Marquesa Golf Course is within 2 minutes and within 15 minute drive you have 4 more golf courses, La Finca where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open, Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor. Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

For the hard to please a 25 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!

There is also a Water Park in Torrevieja  Aquopolies . which is a 15 minute drive from this property and Quesada also has it own Water Park.

A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch. Further details and prices can be had on 966 63 82 88.

Located in Benidorm, which is 55-minute drive, enjoy one of the most beautiful and fun theme parks in the world. There's something for everyone: shows, thrill rides and rides for the little ones. Come and have some fun at Terra Mitica or visit the water park at Aqualandia
