Situated in a quiet residential area on the urbanisation of La Marina. The
unspoilt town and beautiful beaches of La Marina are only a 5-minute drive from this villa. This is an area where there is plenty to do with beaches, water
sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are two cities within 30 minutes drive - Alicante to the north, Elche
to the north west and two major international airports close by – Alicante 20 minutes and Murcia's San Javia - 30 minutes drive. 4 championship Golf Courses
within 30 minutes drive from this property. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland. The
scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or
lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.
In the main area of the villa you will find a lounge area with Air Conditioning, table and chairs and three seater settee and two seater settee, TV, Video. There is also a safe fitted for extra security. Quality
furniture is used throughout. Two bedrooms, Master bedroom with double bed and a built-in wardrobe and Air Conditioning. Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and built-in
wardrobe and fan. Furnished to the highest quality. No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric
buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind
with something to eat and drink after your round. A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide

The villa is finished and equipped to a very high standard. All floor surfaces are finished in quality ceramic tiles and all bathrooms and the kitchen are
fully tiled and the property can sleep up to 4.
This villa is away from main roads and has the benefit of being a 2 minute walk from a Leisure Complex which has a large swimming pool and children's swimming
pool, two large sun terrace, Restaurant and snack bar and Bowling greens there is a payment required to use the Leisure Centre . With a
5 minute drive to La Marina or a 20 minute drive to the city of Elche on the Costa Blanca coast, you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you
know it.
The Accommodation all on one floor consists of ;

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave. All utensils and crockery and
cutlery are on hand as you would expect for 4 persons.

Close by and well within 5 minute walk there are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. Two Large
Supermarket approx 3 minutes away. A popular local market is held on Thursday - again within 3 minute drive of the Villa, which is great for all those holiday
souvenirs and presents for the family.
Five minute drive you have the choice of lovely sandy beaches of La Marina on the Costa Blanca.
Within 15 minute drive from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa
Golf Course,
Within 25 minute drive you have 3 more golf courses Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging
course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course.
Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap
Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor
For the hard to please a 40 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose
from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!
Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to
play.
Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 10 minute drive from this property.
