Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the
balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will
incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer
winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. Please supply own beach towels.
There is a one off 45 Euro cleaning charge payable on arrival at the villa.
A welcome pack can be provided to get you going, upon your arrival, such as
coffee, tea, milk, bread, margarine, etc., upon request, at a cost of Є25
payable to the Agent.
The bungalow is situated in the Town of Dona Pepa, in the region of Ciudad Quesada, which is near to Orihuela (and Torrevieja), in the Alicante Province, on the Costa Blanca.
Dona Pepa is justifiably one of the Costa Blanca's most popular residential areas, with its own splendid amenities of first class bars shops, restaurants, Restaurants, cafés, hotel, and a lake. It is perfectly positioned close to golf courses, nature reserves, beautiful beaches and the international marina of Torrevieja
Home will be a lovely bungalow, comprising 2 bedrooms: one of which has a double bed and is en-suite, with hair-dryer provided, whilst the other has twin beds and a separate shower room and toilet. There is also a divan bed which can sleep a further two. A cot for an infant can be arranged.
There is a lounge, an American kitchen, a roof solarium with sun-loungers; front and back gardens. The obligatory pool is a lovely secluded communal one, with a separate pool for the children; where you can keep an eye on them, whilst you either swim, sunbathe, or just relax with a good book and a cool drink. It is a gated community so there is no fear of the pools being crowded. Everyone is very friendly, and most speak English. Relax beside the well-tended, clean and inviting pools
You are about 40 seconds away from the lovely swimming pools; and only a 5 minute walk away from the nearest restaurants, shops and a Bank. Many things are within walking distance!
This is an area where there is
plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with
beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general
sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive -
Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena
to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and
Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. 5 championship Golf Courses
within 15 minutes drive from this property.
Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an
hours drive. Open all year. Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) is an
old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the
beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves
inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be
driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh
orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this
part of the world.
The local area Sunday market is
within 5 minute drive and is great for local bargains and breakfast. It is only
a 6 minute drive to miles of safe white sandy beaches at Guardamar or 6 minutes
to Torrevieja with nature parks, salt lagoons, and Europe’s best healing climate
according to the World Health Organisation. You can stop and pick a fresh orange
or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of
the world. Especially beneficial for those with rheumatism, asthma or skin
problems.
This property is ideally situated for those that want to get the best out of a
holiday. Only 30 minutes from Murcia airport and Alicante airport. The property is in a
quiet location and away from main roads. 10 minutes drive to Torrevieja on the
Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you
know it.
Close by and well within five minute drive you will find Quesada with Supermarket
bars, restaurants' were you will find every type of cuisine imaginable from
Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish. There are plenty of
bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly
entertainment. A popular local market is held on Sundays - again within 5
minute drive of this property, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs
and presents for the family.
Within 15 minute drive you have 5
Golf courses Villamartin which
has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging
course for players of all abilities. Las
Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High
trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course.
Campoamor which is situated,
in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish
off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap.
La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa are only 5 minute drive. Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor
No need to bring your clubs as
you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric
buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and
practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind
with something to eat and drink after your round.
For the hard to please a 30 minute drive further south will bring you to La
Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose
from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!
Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to
play.
There is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 5 minute
drive from this property and
Torrevieja has it own Water Park
Aquopolies .
A great day out can be had at the
Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide
range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There

Located in Benidorm, which is 55-minute drive, enjoy one of the most beautiful
and fun theme parks in the world. There's something for everyone: shows, thrill
rides and rides for the little ones. Come and have some fun at
