There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, please supply own beach towels. There is a one off cleaning charge of 45 euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.

Two Bedroom apartment situated in a peaceful residential area on the grounds of Las Ramblas Golf Complex,  Campoamor and Villamartin Golf Courses are near by. Situated near Torrevieja on Spain's Costa Blanca, with communal swimming pool, car parking and sun lounging areas, suitable for families, couples and golfers. Las Ramblas is situated at the southern end of the Costa Blanca, just 5 minutes drive from the coast. It is an bright open area with many amenities nearby for all.

This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non-golfers alike with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javier - both within 40 minutes drive. Two other Championship Golf Courses within 5 minutes drive from this property. Green fees average approximately €40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hour’s drive. Open all year. Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) was an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.

This apartment is ideally situated for golfers, families and couples who want to get the best out of a holiday. It is new to the market, bright spacious and airy with ample space for up to 4 guests.

Las Ramblas golf course, with its famous hazards and challenging landscape, has only just re-opened after extensive works and has re-established itself as one of the top courses in the area. Just up the road you have the 4* Campoamor hotel and golf resort. There is a brand new commercial area within walking distance and 5 minutes drive brings you to the famous Villamartin course and Plaza. The apartment is situated only minutes away from several other top golf courses and many lovely blue flag beaches. Locally you will find plenty of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Local markets are held around the area on every day of the week and are well worth visiting as is the famous craft market in Torrevieja. The warm waters, natural beaches and mud spas of the Mar Menor are around 20 minutes away where water sports fans will find a multitude of activities available. For the more adventurous quad biking, go Karting, horse riding and paint balling facilities are all a short drive away


Accommodation consists of:

In the main living area of this apartment you will find a spacious dining area with table and chairs and the lounge area is furnished with fireplace, 3 seater sofa and armchair, coffee table, TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi/radio. Patio doors leading outside to a private south facing terrace with table and chairs.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge freezer, hob with oven, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, utensils, crockery and cutlery. Washing machine is in the adjacent utility room.

Master bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets and a built-in wardrobe. En-suite has a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

Second bedroom is also furnished with two single beds, bedside cabinet and a built-in wardrobe.

Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.

OUTSIDE

Outside there is a private south facing terrace with patio furniture for the outdoor dining. Stairs which lead up to roof terrace with views and sunloungers, beautiful landscaped pool is adjacent to the property.

Just up the road you have the 4* Campoamor hotel and golf resort, known for it's long wide fairways, lush greens and beautiful clubhouse. There is a brand new commercial area within walking distance and 5 minutes drive brings you to the famous Villamartin course and Plaza. The Villamartin plaza, with its prominent palm trees and feature mosaics is a picturesque square and is home to a family of parakeets. The Plaza contains a wonderful selection of cafes, bars, restaurants and a bowling alley, all only a 5-minute drive away.

You have 3 Golf courses Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap and within 10 minute drive  from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and in Quesada there is La Marquesa, Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

For the hard to please a 30 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for! Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 10 minute drive from this property.

A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch. Further details and prices can be had on 966 63 82 88.

Located in Benidorm, which is 60-minute drive, enjoy one of the most beautiful and fun theme parks in the world. There's something for everyone: shows, thrill rides and rides for the little ones. Come and have some fun at Terra Mitica or Visit the water park at Aqualandia
