The Costa Blanca or White Coast is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, with
excellent safe beaches, water sports, two Aqua parks, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping, many restaurants and general sightseeing all close by. There are four
main cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international
airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 30 minutes drive. There is a Championship Golf Course within 10 minutes drive and 4 more
only a 20 minute drive from this Villa.

Outside No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric
buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind
with something to eat and drink after your round. A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide

This apartment is ideally situated for those that want to get the most out of a holiday, and is only 30 minutes from either Murcia or Alicante Airports. The
apartment is in a quiet community next to the National Park and orange groves and away from main roads. The communal pool directly to the side. There
are excellent restaurants within walking distance and a quick 3 minute drive takes you to Torrevieja town centre, with banks, bars and restaurants including Chinese,
Indian, Italian, English and of course Spanish cuisine.
The local area Friday market is within walking distance and is great for local bargains and breakfast. It is only a 4 minute drive to safe white
sandy beaches at La Mata or 3 minutes to the town of Torrevieja with nature parks, salt lagoons, and Europe’s best healing climate according to the World Health
Organisation. You can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world. Especially
beneficial for those with rheumatism, asthma or skin problems.
Torrevieja was an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet, market and funfair. There are restaurants by the sea and a new development with
Hypermarket, Bowling, Cinema, Amusements and a selection of restaurants just outside. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of
acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where Trips to
Alicante (promenade), Elche (park of palms), Murcia (Gardens, theatre), Cartagena (Roman settlement), Mar Menor (inland sea), La Manga and hiking in the
mountains are all within an hours drive on modern roads with little traffic.

3 seater sofa, coffee table, TV, CD/Radio and DVD player. Patio doors which lead out to your own sun terrace with table and chairs which is perfect for topping

2nd Bedroom is also equipped with two single beds, bedside cabinet and built-in wardrobe.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle, utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Within 15 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging
course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course.
Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap
and within 20 minute drive from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La
Marquesa, Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor
For the hard to please a 30 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose
from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!
Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to
play.
Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies which is within 5 minutes and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 10 minute drive from this property.
Located in Benidorm, which is 55-minute drive, enjoy one of the most beautiful and fun theme parks in the world. There's something for everyone: shows, thrill
rides and rides for the little ones. Come and have some fun at Terra Mitica or visit the water park at Aqualandia
