This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with golf courses, beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. 5 championship Golf Courses within 15 minutes drive from this property.
This property is ideally situated for those that want to get the best out of a
holiday. Only 30 minutes from Murcia airport and Alicante airport. The property is in a quiet location and away from main roads. 10 minutes drive to Guardamar and Torrevieja on the
Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it.
Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year. Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) is an
old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves
inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh
orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.
This apartment is situated on the development of Buena Vista in
Sierra De Aralar over looking La Marquesa golf course and close to Cuidad Quesada and Benijofar. 10 minutes from A7 motorway link. Ideal for
golfers. Nearby are the picturesque towns of Rojales, Benijofar and Guardamar which all have vibrant street markets on certain days of the week and various street festivals at
different times of the year. Guardamar has fabulous sandy beaches, a new boat marina and a 1400 acre state protected forest leading up to the water’s edge. In
the town there is a very helpful tourist office that will try to answer all your questions.
Buena Vista is only a 10 minute drive from Cuidad Quesada were you will find more shops, restaurants and bars. There are numerous " blue flag " beaches, Guardamar ( 6 minutes), La Mata (10 minutes), La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Los Locos, El Cura and Lo Ferris to name but a few. Torrevieja is 15 minutes drive away with a Carrefour Hypermarket and Habeneras shopping centre. A great day out for shopping.
The local area Sunday market is within 10 minute drive and is great for local bargains and breakfast. It is only
a 6 minute drive to miles of safe white sandy beaches at Guardamar or 6 minutes to Torrevieja with nature parks, salt lagoons, and Europe’s best healing climate
according to the World Health Organisation. You can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of
the world. Especially beneficial for those with rheumatism, asthma or skin problems.

In the main area of this apartment you will find a dining area with table and chairs which comfortably accommodate 4 people and the lounge area is
equipped with 2 arm chairs and 3 seater sofa, TV with radio channels and DVD player. Patio doors leading
out to the sun terrace with table and chairs and stunning views of the mountains
and golf course.
The kitchen comes equipped with microwave, fridge freezer, hob, toaster, kettle. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would
expect.
Main Bathroom with Shower, WC and wash hand basin and hair dryer.
Master bedroom equipped with a double bed, built in wardrobes, bedside table, wall heater and ceiling fan. En-Suite Shower, WC, wash hand basin and hair dryer.
2nd bedroom is equipped with double bed, built in wardrobes and bedside cabinet.

Communal Pool is less than 2 minute walk away with a baby pool for our younger guests to use.
Close by and well within 3 minute drive you will find Supermarket
bars, restaurants' were you will find every type of cuisine imaginable. There are plenty of
bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly
entertainment. A popular local market is held on Sundays - within 10
minute drive of this property, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs
and presents for the family.
La Marquesa golf course is only 3 minute drive and within 25 minute drive you have 4 Golf courses Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap. La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open. Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor
No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric
buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind
with something to eat and drink after your round.
For the hard to please a 40 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose
from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!
Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.
There is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 5 minute drive from this property and Torrevieja 10 minute drive has it own Water Park Aquopolies
A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide
