Situated in the Dream Hills area of the Orihuela Costa, 7km outside of Torrevieja, this is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom first floor apartment sleeping 4 people and is situated on the Dream Hills urbanisation with communal pool, air conditioning unit. The apartment has a good sized roof terrace. Within walking distance (approx 5 minutes)is a commercial centre with a wide variety of places to eat or have a drink. The supermarket, which has brilliant bargains is also within walking distance.

It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and second with two single beds, but it can sleep up to six people with a sofa bed in the lounge. One bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony is a continuation of the lounge with a patio door in between and stairs to a large solarium above, with a view of salt lakes.

The apartment is located in Dream Hills, Los Altos. Torrevieja, main town is only fifteen minutes by car. Punta Prima, which is 5 minutes by car, offers a choice of many restaurants and nightlife. There are also a number of golf courses within 10-15 minutes drive including Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. There are many beautiful beaches within 5-15 minutes drive away. There is a bus service available to Torrevieja town.

The apartment is only ten minutes from the beach and five minutes from a Large Supermarket varied selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The town of Torrevieja itself is just 10 minutes drive away and has a number of Bars, Restaurants, Clubs, Casino, Shops etc. Plus lovely promenades, several beaches, street markets and a marina.

There are seven internationally acclaimed golf courses within easy reach ideal for golfing breaks. Green fees tend to cost around thirty pounds and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. Club de Golf Villamartin, Las Ramblas de Orihuela, and Real Club de Golf Campoamor. Are all within easy reach (10-min drive). La Manga is 30 minutes away.
