Welcome to La Finca championship golf course and exclusive residential complex situated among the lush orange grooves and mountains near the village of Algorfa, in Southern Costa Blanca. The area is a "golfers' paradise" with many excellent courses to play within a short drive. For non-golfers, the fabulous long white beaches, natural parks and nature reserve are close by. Two major international airports are close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 30 minutes drive.

La Finca is set amongst the orange & lemon groves and the scent from the blossoms fills the air. There are two cities within 40 minutes drive - Alicante to the north is one of the most well known towns along the Costa Blanca, with it's wonderful boulevard, with palm trees and long alleys for nice relaxing walks and shopping. Alicante is starting point for thousands of tourists every year. Famous for its excellent weather, miles of sandy beaches and with many historical buildings around the entire city. Alicante offers countless sightseeing attractions, from cathedrals to churches and of course a wonderful harbour area. The city invites you to take a trip along the coast or to the wonderful island of Tabarca. Additional to sightseeing, directly from the harbour area a long wide sandy beach leads its way up to San Juan. Just drop your towel in the sand and enjoy a wonderful day in the sun.

Torrevieja is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet, market and funfair. There are restaurants by the sea and a new development with Hypermarket, Bowling, Cinema, Amusements and a selection of restaurants just outside. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where Trips to Alicante (promenade), Elche (park of palms), Murcia (Gardens, theatre), Cartagena (Roman settlement), Mar Menor (inland sea), La Manga and hiking in the mountains are all within an hours drive on modern roads with little traffic.

Only 10 minute drive from Algorfa and Los Montesinos where you will find a varied selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The town of Torrevieja itself is just 15 minutes drive away, with Guardamar and Ciudad Quesada even nearer. The towns have a number of bars, restaurants, clubs, shops etc. Plus lovely promenades, several beaches, street markets and a marina.

This apartment is in a quiet area in a small gated community, the lovely pool is only a few minutes walk and is only for use of the immediate surrounding properties, which makes it generally very quiet. It has a large rooftop solarium, great for summer barbecues and includes sun beds, table and chairs and large umbrella. The championship golf course 'La Finca' is within walking distance or a few minutes drive which also has a fantastic bar and restaurant making it ideal for golfing break, a new complex with bars/restaurants and shops by the same company that built Villamartin is just a few minutes walk from this apartment. There are plenty of parking spaces as a car is essential.

There are numerous " blue flag " beaches, Guardamar, La Mata, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Los Locos, El Cura and Lo Ferris to name but a few.

In the main area of this Air- Conditioned apartment you will find dining area with table and 4 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with a fire place, 3 seater settee, coffee table, TV, DVD/CD player. Quality furniture is used throughout. Large patio doors which lead out to one of two sun terrace with table and chairs, there are stairs that lead up to the large roof sun terrace with sun loungers and views over the golf course and the orange & lemon groves
The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Close by and well within five minute drive you will find Quesada with Supermarket bars, restaurants' were you will find every type of cuisine imaginable from Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish. There are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. A popular local market is held on Sundays - again within 5 minute drive of this villa, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.
Within 15 minute drive you have the choice of some of the lovely sandy beaches of La Marina & Guardamar on the Costa Blanca.
