This 1-bedroom Air Conditioned penthouse apartment with roof terrace is in a three-storey block in a quiet residential development within a few minutes drive of three top quality golf courses, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. The lovely beaches at La Zenia and neighbouring beach resorts are around 4 kilometres away.

This location is not only perfect for golfers and lovers of the seaside, it is also an ideal touring base from which to explore the whole of southern Spain. The new motorway AP7 is less than 5 minutes away and the main coast road, Carreterra N332 around 10 minutes. The nearest airport, Murcia San Xavier is just 25km  or 20 minutes drive away and reached directly via the AP7. Alicante airport is 40 km, or around 45 minutes on the N332.The nearest major town is Torrevieja, still a working fishing port and marina and heart of the region’s historic sea salt industry. It also offers attractive beaches and promenades, varied and lively shops and restaurants, interesting places to visit and, reputedly, one of the world’s healthiest micro-climates, making it suitable for people of all ages and interests.

In the main area of this 1  bedroom Air Conditioned apartment you will find a dining area with table and 6 chairs, lounge area which is equipped with 3 seater sofa bed, coffee table, CD/Stereo system, TV, DVD player. Patio doors which lead out to the sun terrace with table and chairs and views of the large communal pool and stairs which lead up to the large roof terrace with sunloungers and B.B.Q

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, clothes dryer and Ironing board. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Air Conditioned  bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets with bedside lamps.

Bathroom with Bath, shower, WC, Bidet and wash hand basin.

Large roof terrace with BBQ, sun loungers which is accessed by spiral staircase and has panoramic views. Balcony with table and chairs. Very large Communal Pool and a large sunbathing area, less than a 1 minute walk from this apartment. Soon to be open will be a fully equipped gym for use of the clients.

Commercial Centre less then 2-minute walk from this property there are Restaurant's, Shops and Bars also within 5 minute drive, you will find more restaurants and bars for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment.

The location of this property is perfect for a great family holiday or for golfing breaks. And within a 5 minute drive you have the choice of some of the finest beaches on the Costa Blanca. 

Within a few minutes drive there are plenty of bars for that pre and after dinner drink with some offering nightly entertainment. The Villamartin plaza, with its prominent palm trees and feature mosaics is a picturesque square and is home to a family of parakeets. The Plaza contains a wonderful selection of cafes, bars, restaurants and a bowling alley, all only a 5-minute drive away.

Within 3 minute drive you have Campoamor  which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap. 2 more Golf courses within 5 minute drive Villamartin  which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities.  Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Within 20 minute drive  from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa Golf Club.

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

For the hard to please a 25 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for! Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 15 minute drive from this property.

A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch. Further details and prices can be had on 966 63 82 88.
